According to intelligence data provided by the Russian Defense Ministry, the Ukrainian military are leaving their positions en masse and abandoning weapons, Interfax reports.

"The positions of the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) that have laid down their weapons are not subject to strikes," the military department stressed.

He was an OK domestic President, but clueless about Foreign policy, it was all too complicated and expensive for him. Ukraine was over a decade in the making, these are not situations that distracted 4 year Presidents with zero diplomatic experience should be meddling in.
