Those in power there HATE the unvaccinated people with all of their might, and fully intend to harm them. Edit: It had just occurred to me that this happens in the U.S. as a normal matter of course. When I was a young man, was in and out of the county jails for this little ol' thing or that little ol' thing... They always send you a bill for your stay. The bill you get is a bit of a joke... nobody pays it and the judicial system doesn't bother to force collection of it. You can toss it right into the trash and forget about it.
