If it was such a problem, why wasn't the EU more concerned with it?
It's not a problem, it's a solution, a means to an end, that's why europe won't do shit about it just like the rest of NATO, because it's the main source of dark money. Unless some idiot decides to end the opium cultivation again in afghanistan, like between 200 and 2001, then they'll do "something"
