Notice that NO ONE could identify any rise in cases or anomaly in covid case data that would indicate any sort of health problem. I wonder why?

My ol noggin is wondering how anyone would even suspect that a nurse was giving fake shots?! Was there not enough people dying? When the "authorities" didn't see the expected number of deaths materialize did they start looking for someone doing the old switcheroo?!
