I don't. But with how blatant Google is with censorship, especially on this topic, I wouldn't expect to be able to find it by any normal methods. If you do manage to get your hands on it I would also like that information but I don't have the time to dedicate to this. Maybe if I thought it could make a difference, but realistically no one who isn't already aware of the dangers will listen anyway.
