Or the demons who run the world see countries like the US as higher priority targets. They will overlook countries like Mexico and Uganda.
Also Mexico has it's own brand of corruption that makes faggot globo-commies shit their pants. They come into Mexico trying to bribe politicians to give big tech companies the keys to the kingdom and the politicians are like "nigger please, we've been dealing with cartels for years who will cut you into several pieces and mail one to each of your family members if you try stopping them from selling cocaine to the local children, what the fuck are you gonna do?"
