The Russian story in from last year, and the Dutch story is something that has occurred prior back in 2002. The Estonian story appears to only implicate the prime minister who will be stepping down and replaced with another conservative politician as the country is conservative.

As far as the African stories are concerned who cares? They're savages and that sort of thing happens there all the time I would imagine; It's fairly unstable.
