As if the work CULTure at amazon was not a reason to quit anyway. I say fuck them. I would only work for them if I had no other options.

[Edit] 9/10 of workers do NOT support the policy. This is FORCED reporting that is NOT anonymous (even though they claim it is). They think they will be fired before they find a new job so OFC they are "for" this dip-shit approved policy. May the middle management and upper management rot it the hell of their own creation while the company falls apart around them.
