It is not just 'Murica. RTO is dead in most of the world and the retail/office space real estate investments are in total collapse. Plan accordingly. It is not a good time to be invested in that shit. Maybe you can buy on the "dip" but this "dip" is going to be worse than anyone has ever seen and probably for at least 10-20 years.
