A lot of the cities on this list are liberal/progressive hellholes where the areas the office's are in are no longer safe and most of the stores and restaurants have closed due to crime/drugs/homeless/etc. Even without considering that, no one wants to RTO for the most part. Maybe a few really enjoy the "forced socialization" with their co-workers because they have no personality or friends outside of work but I am not one of them.
