I have been saying this for damn near a decade. There are a TON of "ghost jobs" in basically every online platform and part of the problem are all of the people that submit a resume to every job that even looks remotely like something they could do... and often for things they CANT do.

We are trying to backfill a technical role. It has in less than a week gotten nearly 600 applicants where maybe about 30 are actually able to do the job and out of that maybe 3-5 could work well in the team and in the environment, if that.

Also. FUCK OFF DOT NIGGERS. You suck at what you do and we don't want you.

From the post:

>Fake job ads are proliferating online, with more companies admitting to posting realistic-looking job openings that don't actually exist. Forty-percent of companies said they have posted a fake job listing this year, according to a survey in May of 650 hiring managers from career site Resume Builder. Three in 10 companies currently have fake listings on their sites or on job boards, according to the survey.

This has been a problem for decades. Two jobs posted in 100 places are suddenly 200 jobs open.

This needs to end. I've been thinking about good ways to do it "socially" rather than politically since it is clear that nothing will happen in the gov until it is called out since they love to talk about how many "new jobs" there are or "how many open jobs" there are so they can import people that the country does not need or want.

I don't have a good solution but I am at least thinking about it and trying to come up with something. I imagine if I build anything useful it will be sued out of existence immediately by the very parties that don't want it to exist.

Fuck Clown World.

Clown world has been slowly growing like a tumor in your lungs.

Eww stop. That made me squirm.

a rumor in your lungs.

My species does not require lungs like a puny Earthling. It is merely a vicious rumor that Morbo has lungs.
