I have been saying this for damn near a decade. There are a TON of "ghost jobs" in basically every online platform and part of the problem are all of the people that submit a resume to every job that even looks remotely like something they could do... and often for things they CANT do.
We are trying to backfill a technical role. It has in less than a week gotten nearly 600 applicants where maybe about 30 are actually able to do the job and out of that maybe 3-5 could work well in the team and in the environment, if that.
Also. FUCK OFF DOT NIGGERS. You suck at what you do and we don't want you.
