My wife says I need to do more of that. A diversity hire (nigger) got a promotion over me on a project I started and built. Now the team needs strong leadership they’re not getting from her…I don’t want the team to fail, nor do I want my project to fail…. Lots of extra meetings. On top of that, I want out. A diversity hire senior director has fucked up how we operate, so I’m going above and beyond to make a name for myself…hoping to get a bump to go somewhere else. Again…lots of extra meetings.
