So, I've done a couple of new hire interview sessions. 6 recent university either undergraduate or post graduates each time.

First thing I notice, no white people in the interview roster. Now, remember, these people are being hired with a major consulting company.

Very few if any have any outside interests other than traveling or "hiking". Mostly just walking trails. Everyone is one kind of Asian or the other, half are immigrants, half born here or grew up here, with the exception of an African immigrant. North American sports are essentially non existent except for pick up basketball. One guy was into martial arts, and another badminton. They might have tried something once, here and there. Only two women in the group of the 12 interviewees.

Two guys, one from India who came as a student selected for post graduate work, and another brown guy born here, were brainiacs. These guys were really sharp.

First I thought, hmmm, I guess this is just the way it worked out, but now I know it's deliberate. I find it hard to believe that more well rounded white graduates weren't available compared to some of the people I interviewed.

Where are they going to go start out? If this company is doing it, is it true across the board? All the competition are shilling how "diverse they are" as well. I'm just wondering about what's going on?

This is just kind of telling. No wonder white girls and guys are claiming to be some kind of, "special", that's the only way they are getting interviewed or jobs, if this is the case.

Maybe I'm mistaken. I'm just thinking out loud.

I work in the corporate world. I've noticed the past couple years only woman and minorities as new hires. Even when I've gotten approved to hire, the only people I've interviewed are the same. Not sure if HR is filtering but I highly suspect. BTW I'm in IT.

I guarantee HR is filtering. They are the only department/section that is a bigger money pit than IT. In IT, we at least enable people to do their jobs better and more efficiently.

What does HR do for the company besides generate paperwork?

Provide a jobs program for women with no real skills.

Yes, HR has a very strong bias (these are the pushers of DIE and other such woke crap), and so they will find out who an applicant is and apply the requirements unevenly on this bias.

Honestly, I would too, it just wouldn't be against white males. There is a reason that stats like "years at job" for females aren't given in engineering or IT, they hate it and fizzle out because they weren't made for it.

IIRC there was a guy who created a MS product, and when being interviewed at another company he was asked to have 5 years of experience, even though he created the product like 3 years ago. It's all bullshit.

Call whoever sent those fuckers to you, tell them they're all rejected and to send another dozen. They'll have to run out of unqualified candidates sooner or later. But don't make it look obvious and hire the first qualified candidate you come across.

They avoid one person's view over weighting the process cuz they have multiple interviewers of each candidate.

If I did what you suggest, they'd never let me near an interviewee.

I'm lucky, I'm the first round for the programmers on our company and it's not big enough to have lots of other people providing input, so I'm able to reject unqualified shitskins.

You might work at a shitty company. Skilled workers and technology field here. there’s 1 educated smarter than average negro. The rest are all white males. But I did read that one IT dude applying to duckduckgo and got denied and he reapplied posing as a negro female. It might come down to creating a whole different society just for white people afain.

Got a shitty HR department. We now have to take inclusion training. Micro bias training crap. So it’s seeping everywhere. But the field I’m in the technical fold have to interview the person as well. We do it without seeing what they look like. So have to go by merit. Otherwise if it was up to HR and negro managers. I’m sure our company would be backed up with shit.

You could ask to look at the applicants yourself, if you have the time. That is how i got my current position and most interviews (HR never let me in).

White guy here. I used to study genetics but that fell apart due to COVID. Currently self learning IT for some desperate hope at a better job and making my own videogames. Any advice for me to bypass racist HR practices? I'll be trying to enter the field without a university degree though :/

Take contract work by looking up recruiters advertising it on indeed, linked in, to start and build up a network of reliable contacts. Eventually your contacts will start bringing you work. Linked in is great for that.

Make your own video games as a hobby.

Self teach yourself unreal engine.

Get a job in trades. Get practical work.

Unity is better for learning languages as c# is the best.

Unreal is the best game engine. Fortnite funded amazing new tech free for all hobby game makers.

The top 1/3 of people from India out-number literally all of the US Population. Imagine that. It's just a numbers game.

They have more people. For every unsupervised machine learning specialist+ here in the US, there are 10 from/in India ready to get the work done for 1/5 the price per hour. That's just how it is. Until we start encouraging all of our young men to go to college and learn STEM, we're stuck with the Indians running the world.

To be fair, I don't think they are as dumb as you make out. The top 1/5 are pretty bright. Also, by numbers the top 1/3 is numerically larger than the USA population. The bottom third over there is pretty dumb, and likely considered technically retarded.
