First pictures I’ve taken of the progress… oops.

Mostly mahogany, oak and poplar on the keel, birch ply for the side planks, oak seam battens, (gunwales and inwales once I get to the upper planks.)

Congrats on the baby girl! Very unique idea for a crib. I get the feeling she is going to be a big daddy's girl as she grows up. Maybe consider getting a puppy when she's born, that pup will be her guardian for life!

I’ve thought about it. One with a 16 year lifespan. Bring my daughter back in close before she becomes a woman.
