In the past 4 months, I've had convos with over 6 people specifically because of the windows end of life. I THINK I did more to convince them to go to Mac than Linux, but honestly it's probably better for them that way.

On the other hand

I'm not keen on spyware. So I wouldn't recommend windows based on that alone. Mac OS really isn't any better either.

I usually write that "I dont recommend my friends infect their homes with garbage that makes them a product."
