If this were a democrat school they wouldn't let the children wear clothes because that might differentiate their economic status.
No joke, I was talking to a realtor once and you aren't able to list a house as being walking distance to a grocery store because someone who is wheelchair bound might be negatively effected by that kind of listing. Instead you should describe it as close to a grocery store. But that's even more vague than walking distance and so less useful including for the person in a wheel chair.
If he doesn't do this he could lose his license. These people running ethics are the most ridiculous dictators. Meanwhile a realtor can still advise you to take on more home than you can afford to try to work out a bigger commission while claiming to have an advisory role. (That's an ethics issue but not one that should be governed IMAO).
