Pretty legit, the dudes got some balls or has no idea what that thing could truly do to a person. I've heard of two separate stories where people were feeding those things and almost lost their arms as the end result. I've dived and snorkeled near them and observed. I don't know if I would take that level of risk though, even if I thought I knew that particular Eel. I've seen people feed them like pets first hand. It only takes one fuck up with those guys though, then it's all not good fast. Awesome video though, dudes obviously living his best life.
