Haha! I’m just going to say it, although I think you already know; it’s your mother. The sister in law of your father’s only brother is your father’s wife, which would be your mother (if he only had one wife and you weren’t the result of an illicit affair with his secretary.)

(Here’s a little explanation for isapinksock: The sister in law of your father’s only brother is your father’s wife, the wife who presumably would have given birth to you, thereby making her your “mother”. (Even if she didn’t give birth to you, she could be your step-mother, which is still a mother, or your adoptive mother.).
