I don't consider buildings technologies , but I guess I could stretch it there.

Imagine your people have not yet progressed past mud huts, then tell me what you think of skyscrapers or…hell…spray foam insulation in a two story house.

That would mean everyone in the construction trades are actually technologists. In fact, given your setup, most jobs are technology jobs if they are more advanced than their primitive origins. Bakers and cooks are technologists. Writers are technologists. Hell, even sweatshop clothing makers are technologists. When everyone's a technologist, no one is a technologist.

I would disagree…

Maybe it’s pedantic, but I would consider “technology” to be a deeper understanding of and manipulation of or control of those led.

Traditionally, that happens in the lector is world, a deeper understanding of the flow of electrons… Movement of bits and bytes, ones and zeros. It has led to massive advances in the computer realm.

At the same time, though, construction science is a thing. The ability to utilize materials, leverage angles, attach methodologies… I’m out of my element there, so don’t really know the nuances of it, but I do get that construction science is a thing. With that, I would say that it is a technology…
