I've mentioned this before here - we fired our landscaper because he kept bringing a different crew of illegals to the house to do the lawn. I called ICE and didn't see him for a few weeks. When he finally showed he said that the police came to his house because of a report. This was early on in the Trump years when ICE would still go after illegals. When he showed up again with an entirely new crew of illegals I told him I no longer was in need of his services. We hired a guy who does it all by himself. Stereotypical Irish guy with red hair and freckles. Not too long ago he had his son with him, and he'll be helping his dad out while learning the business and eventually taking it over.
