The only incident of that I am aware of is the Night of the Long Knives, when he acted against people in his ranks that were actively cooperating with jews and planning a coup to take Hitler down. Well justified, and those people were absolutely not his "loyal friends".

Ernst Roehm and the rest were not ‘cooperating’ with jews. Roehm was ome of the few people that could use the familiar du with Hitler. The SA was seen as a threat to Himmler and Goering and the Army. The SA was too far-left for Himmler et al so a ‘conspiracy’ was concocted and presented to Hitler. Many more examples of internment,killing etc. of many of Hitler’s friends have been documented. The jews had nothing to do with any of it.
