1939 German Iron Cross First Class. Confirmed genuine. Was obtained from a collector that sold it for the grandson of a US WWII Vet who stole it from a house in Germany during the war. Also was in a genuine box, I will post those pics also. I am very lucky to have found this in such great condition. Beautiful medal, Beautiful construction.

Could be. I do know that it was open and on display at the US vets house for a long time till he passed away.
