I mostly agree with that statement, but a newspaper headline/article is not a documented and formal declaration of war. The kikes did do many things to start the war, but there is no formal declaration for them going to war against Germany since that would destroy their position as victims. They are cunning enough to make other nations start proxy wars for them. That's what happened in WWII as well as pretty much every war before or since.
