> I've heard things like this happen. Had I guy I used to work with say they had a bunch of "refugees" just bathing in fountains and hanging their clothes to dry on statues. I've seen it in Rome, in Paris, and in London. A friend of mine joked once that I should go to New Dehli and watch them "bathe" in the garbage-filled Ganges. That's a hard pass for me.
