The problem with that is that the Irish mainstream are being very successfully bombarded with "fuck the brits" memes and being taught that cucking to the EU as hard as possible is the way to victory over the unionists. I don’t really care about the constitutional question of unionism so would support the DUP on policy alone. Me too, but again I don't think that' reflects the majority. Most young Irish people have been taught to believe that anything bad that ever happened to us came from Britain/Ulster Scots and they're the only enemy we ever need to worry about.
