Few things to note:

Can't subscribe by clicking from /subs
Seeing captcha: "This reCAPTCHA is for testing purposes only. Please report to the site admin if you are seeing this."

There should be a s/poaldev sub for this.

IIRC, phuks combines CCP+SCP.
Level 2 (40+ points) is required to create a sub
You can edit titles here (for a while)!

I don't thin pmboobs2 plans on making this a hugbox shithole like phuks is. And not surprisingly they sent him the original and nothing with updated code so itll be a work in progress
