I don't see them anywhere. I think I keep running up against a DV limit, but I'm not sure. And are there point based limitations like Voat? I've gotten the impression from some posts that that's not the case. But I don't see it documented anywhere. I'm just looking to know what's what here and how the system works.

You are right, they should be posted and transparent. I’ll make sure that’s included in the next update.
