Well Diabetes if you don't take the shots can be more controllable with a few additions to your vitamins. A few bucks is worth it so you can not worry about everything you eat. Well I read a lot of stuff online, I can't find the controlled study but this will due for information that Chromium Picolinate and Biotin combined does lower A1C levels. I take 1000 mcg in the morning of each. Biotin also helps strenghten and thicken hair. I shaved my head and now the hair with the biotin is thicker than any time in my life, I have fine hair normally. Now Biotin also known as B7 is water soluble so I take it 2 times a day. Now for muscle I take 500mg of Magnesium, 1000 mcg Equate "walmart" antacid "CALCIUM, and 50 MG of zinc. Now calcium magnesium and zinc combined strenthen muscles and tendons and make them more stretchable so they don't tear and also the zinc "Underated suppliment" lowers glucose levels in type 2 diabetes. Just a couple of link, there are many more if you want to search but I included these just to back my facts some but I encourage you to do some studying on your own.

I'm using it to help recover from an injury that involved muscles and tendons and it's been really slow in the muscle recovering and the tendons I have been trying to make stronger so this does not occur again. I'm dosing and exercising then taking more later and a nap are really helping a lot.

Might want to look into BCAA's for muscle recovery as well. It's a fantastic amino acid chain that promotes muscle repair and recovery.

Mix some up in water and drink it.

I know about aminos but I can't find my favorite in town. It's amino fuel liquid and has a lemon flavor. I got huge drinking double the dosage of that stuff. Tons of energy also.

I use these BCAA's that are soe kind of pineapple flavor.

Big rush of energy when you drink it, but not the kind that makes you crash. The kind that wakes your muscles up with energy.
