The property thing should get thrown out, your property.

Intimidation seems minor.

The only one I'd be worried about is the domestic violence charge, but if you didn't harm anyone I don't see anything coming of it.

Get a good lawyer. Be the best you can be while this is playing out.

I think you'll be OK, maybe some probation.

I know from experience how your mind will constantly play it out to the worst outcome. Be prepared for that, but don't let your mind squirrel cage out of control with worry, that is unhealthy and unproductive.

I know you said you want to work things out with her, but maybe that is not for the best. IDK. Just don't force anything, at all.

The better your case is the better the lawyer you should get. You don't want some cheap lawyer who won't even take advantage of what's on your side.

Not a lawyer, but my brother dealt with this a couple years back. He could have fought and possibly won his domestic violence charge, she instigated fights and he defended himself, but he didn't want to gamble with jail on the line and plead guilty. Probation, no out of state travel without permission and only for work, no booze and having to take piss tests for a couple of years, AA meetings, anger management classes. Some of that may have been conditions to allow him to see how kids though. I don't remember how long but after a few years the felony domestic violence charge would drop to a misdemeanor on his record if he keeps his nose clean, which he is.

He was lucky that he works a trade and they tend to be more lenient on felonies, he had a bit of a hard time finding an apartment though.

Edit - Good luck man, seriously. Going by what he dealt with its gonna be rough for a while, keep your chin up.

A go-pro or cell phone video could have saved him.
