I second the calls to get a lawyer and always use one. NEVER get a female lawyer - they will side with the ex and or suck.

Prepare for the appeal case from the beginning and talk to your lawyer about this.

Make sure your communication going forward is all in email or recorded. Don't meet unsupervised in person or talk over the phone etc..
