So the moral might be something about fascism being necessary. Hans could not be categorically deemed as invaluable to this community, but he was so destructive socially that a strong man (admin) acting extrajudicially was the only remedy to prevent the culture from changing/decaying.
It’s too bad Trump doesn’t round up jews like Hitler the way admin corralled Hans.
