So /s/Whatever is not really for whatever but more like somethings? Maybe it should have been called /s/WhateverCanGoHereSoLongAsThereIsNotAnotherSubThatYouMightNotKnowAboutThatSomeUsersThinkYourPostShouldBeInInstead to clear up the confusion.
lol. I personally don't care if people put voat posts in /s/whatever. My comment was a heads-up for OP that there are uptight users here who complain about that sort of thing.
Nice to know.
You can search for subs to see if there is one a post will fit well into.
Can you clear up the purpose of /s/Whatever for us since there seems to be opinions that Whatever should only contain posts that don't have a more appropriate sub for such content? I tend to use Whatever when the content is not recent, not a mainstream topic or just doesn't seem to have an active sub that might appreciate it. I'm all for keeping things relevant, but Whatever is a catch all and shouldn't be restricted outside of spam or illegal content. What say you?
