Regarding this ridiculous "glownigger test" (lol)... this is complete bullshit, and has nothing to do with the ddosing of voat. Israel has nukes. Everyone knows this. They never admit it because if they did, the US would have to stop sending them billions of dollars every year. They probably have other reasons for never coming clean on this issue (maybe for "fog of war" reasons, probably others), but that's besides the point, them having nukes is hardly a secret. The only reason I never answered DuskGrader's question about Israel having nukes, is because he is a faggot shill, and I wasn't at all interested in playing his stupid games. Well, upon closer inspection, you aren't who I thought you were. Still, thanks for the vindication.
Many webmasters have access to the IP address of every user, and what pages they visit. They can also go into their .htaccess file and DENY FROM any IP they want, cutting off access from that IP, or some portion of the IP. So, 123.456.789.222 was the problem, the webmaster could restrict the full IP, a shorter version like 123.456.789 or 123.456, or if it's a really bad attack, the entire range of 123 could be denied from accessing the website.
So the webmaster knows what page is the target. That still doesn't guarantee the specific post was the problem. The word could have gone out to "shut down this site", here is a page to target. Could have been any random page, or could be this specific page is what set them off.
