The best place to archive stuff is your own hard drive, that way you can post it again when it's gone. Cutycapt is a linux command that allows to make a png image of a webpage no matter how long it is.

Many webmasters have access to the IP address of every user, and what pages they visit. They can also go into their .htaccess file and DENY FROM any IP they want, cutting off access from that IP, or some portion of the IP. So, 123.456.789.222 was the problem, the webmaster could restrict the full IP, a shorter version like 123.456.789 or 123.456, or if it's a really bad attack, the entire range of 123 could be denied from accessing the website.

So the webmaster knows what page is the target. That still doesn't guarantee the specific post was the problem. The word could have gone out to "shut down this site", here is a page to target. Could have been any random page, or could be this specific page is what set them off.

Guys, to help you all in archiving links I've been using Zotero (zotero.org) to help on my research papers while I was in Uni. This is great to use since it works well with M$ word and Libre Office to link with browsers such as Brave, Gab Dissenter, and many others to snap shot & archive website links.

I knew that post was going to be taken down eventually and Voat along with it. So I zotero'd the link just in case if it ever did.
