I buy a dove bar once in a while. I find oreo's just give me acid from the filling which is just whipped lard and sugar.
I avoid all chocolate as best I can.
I used to do that but when I broke I splurged. I now give myself a bit every once in a while to get rid of the urge. I also don't eat at McDonalds much but I will go in and get a small fry every now and then.
That's actually a good idea, I don't really get strong urges for anything, so that helps me. However, you will have to keep an eye on it, as you could just suddenly indulge excessively one day, in my opinion, it's why so many people get fat and stay fat, not calling you fat however lol.
