That is some cool and rare stuff. I would love to see some tare downs with high rez pictures of the PCBs. I have seen a bunch of commie 80s 8bit micros and the designs are always interesting. No ground rail around the outside of the board, most were routed in a half spider web or they just used the whole underside as ground with a via to tap it.
edit: I bet some of them even use tube transistor logic since the Soviets were smart about keeping tubes around. Tubes are nuke proof, EM wise that is.
