a week ago, pmyb2 was all about how he was supposedly against 'downvoting people over who they are, or opinions". he's NEVER, EVER going to take that stance again, i guarantee you. he's really not against downvoting or harassment.
I didn’t get the whole hans debacle either. He wasn’t downvoting anyone, just calling everyone trannies. But that was labeled as silencing users. Actively following someone around and downvoting everything they post is actually silencing someone.
I'm just glad there's ONE okay person here.
edit: i mean like, you get it. Hans is really abrasive to people he doesn't like, which is just about everyone, but for good reason. i talk to Hans a lot, we're great friends. we have excellent convos. you won't see much of that sort of thing around here. everyone KNOWS that there's more than one person that talks about what Hans does, but they all agreed to pretend to think we're the exact same person. anyway, that's enough rambling from me.
Hans has been forum sliding with his content in s/whatever, was against being told to just make a sub for his content and has been rather hostile to most users. Given that he has made a ton of alts and has a history of doing so on Voat, it comes off as shill behavior.
I may not agree with everything someone posts but they should be allowed to post it, especially if they aren’t spamming or downvoting. Keep on keeping on.
