I am days away should close on monday at 4. I'm excited to own something finally, and even better I'll have a static and a proper rack for the poal lab. Perhaps even a study eventually! Its what I'm calling my man cave I'm bringing it back. A yard thats mine in a nicer area than I'm in now will be great for the kids. My wife having a better kitchen so many things are about to improve. That said I may be less avaliable for a couple of days, but I'm pretty sure @AOU can handle it. He hasn't ever let us down before. He is Batman after all. I hear he has a batcave and everything.
