I figured you'd run into a problem with that name. Given that you're not a faggot shill.
Thanks for believing in this guy and also thanks to the two uppoalers. I like you guys a hell of a lot more than the general community of Voat. My humble aim here is to talk about me rediscovering Christianity for the meantime and you guys are fairly receptive and not dicks about it
If I may offer something: delve more in to Catholicism. Observe the treatment of Mary. Now understand more of Ishtar, Tanit, Luna and their iterations throughout mythological history. Understand what reviving this archetype accomplishes.
Now, understand that Christianity was at the time what we would think of now as an Esoteric movement or maybe a philosophical movent. After reading the works the Catholics wanted to hide from everyone, you ought to find why it is they've been so aggressive with what they call Gnostics. Before you jump to conclusions, though, I want to make it clear that I haven't made up my mind about Yeshua's divinity for myself. I'm receptive to both ideas: that of his divinity and that of his being a "prophet" (as referred to by secret orders wishing to hide secrets) who showed the world a glimpse of the truth that sparked a powerful movement which reverberated for millennia throughout any and all covilized societies.
I'll have to apologize for my inadequacies at the moment, however, as I'm not currently able to fully convey what it is I'm trying to explain conscicely enough. Maybe some time in the near future I can elaborate for you.
I haven’t given up on gnostic perspectives. I believe there is value in the perception that we have a role to play in the great work and that our individual powers can and should be refined and put to work.
I too waver, but not on the divinity of Yeshua. He revealed the Logos.
