i don't get how any of that is unethical, as the writer claims. if a candidate is too dense to send a thank you note or too self absorbed to offer to remove their own coffee or water cup after the interview, who needs them. the dropped wrapper thing is kind of weird, but it's the employer's imperitive, imo
