Yesterday I was sent a link to a story about a Dutch girl who was reportedly euthanized which I reposted here, I did my best to try and fact check it and found multiple stories confirming it, however I apparently didn't do enough to fact check because all the stories left out a crucial detail about the case. According to new information the girl's cause of death was not from the Euthanasia clinic but because she refused food or water and died at home.

I want to apologize to poal for my mistake of accidentally spreading fake news, but also fuck all the Lying news media who make shit up or hide details in order to make better clickbait. I assumed since the story wasn't directly political it would be truthful, but I should've know that the Media lies constantly for any reason at all.

My question is what news outlet refused to run the inaccurate story? It's getting to the point where blacklisting news orgs that make sorry mistakes isn't possible because it would be most of them. Who are the few who don't?
