Dark mode is great and all, but tweaking the settings to as well. I think I'm at 70% brightness or 80% brightness on my monitor and not 100%.

Blue light and eye strain - have to look it up and do it themselves to see if helps / makes it worse and such.

  1. I turned down the brightness on my computer monitor about a year ago or so and eye strain went from somewhat common at times to basically gone (still happens though).
  2. I got anti-glare glasses which help with computer monitors and eye strain to me personally to as well.

Both together have seemed to help.

i used to use a program called flux that let me tweak the amount of blue light my monitor gave off. windows 10 made this a standard feature, they call it night light.

That's right the "night light" in Windows 10. I'm still learning Windows 10 myself.
