If you want to laugh at his faggotry again

He's right the imbalance was killing Voat. It was that only asshole posts were on the front page and real content was no where to be seen. That's why I came here and Minds because I like normal non asshole people that don't act like drunk 9th graders with a chip on their shoulders.

Hey, anyone who is new here: You might want to try out dark mode. Just click on the moon in the top right.

[–] 6 pts

Yeah, but white is right.

[–] 7 pts

Yes, like I said. White text mode is best text mode :)

WHITE TEXT MASTER FORMATTING!

Dark mode is great and all, but tweaking the settings to as well. I think I'm at 70% brightness or 80% brightness on my monitor and not 100%.

Blue light and eye strain - have to look it up and do it themselves to see if helps / makes it worse and such.

  1. I turned down the brightness on my computer monitor about a year ago or so and eye strain went from somewhat common at times to basically gone (still happens though).
  2. I got anti-glare glasses which help with computer monitors and eye strain to me personally to as well.

Both together have seemed to help.

i used to use a program called flux that let me tweak the amount of blue light my monitor gave off. windows 10 made this a standard feature, they call it night light.

That's right the "night light" in Windows 10. I'm still learning Windows 10 myself.

I love this. It's perfect. Goat enters normal person land shits himself. I noticed tonight that I visited Voat to see what is happening and unbelieveably there were no stupid kike or nigger posts all over the place. It was real posts that were good. It seems no matter what we've heard here that the cleanup was a success. It was actually normal there without a bunch of faggots posting bullshit everything. I think that thing about fixing the voting was true because the posts that are racist bullshit whining are gone and the regular ones are all at the top. So if you here putt did this or that. Putt fixed voat so normal people can read real posts not shit posted by assholes only. The meme is so fucking good. I'm still smiling.

what planet are you on?

go look, it's like a regular site like here. Normal posts and normal comments. It was clusterfuck there a couple of weeks ago now it's somewhere anyone can visit and not feel like everyone has a nazi flag collection. It's was where all the dregs of the internet came to post weird shit where they'd be banned on any other site. I think he realize many of the users were scaring of new users, he was right. I am sarcastic and don't give a fuck about much but the bullshit was getting to deep for me also. Sure if your drunk or super high it might not seem so bad but to a sober regular guy "non democrats" it was like a bunch of kids trying to see who could post the most offensive shit. Most of the posts were delusional and angry and basically unreadable unless you were delusional to.

Will you get triggered when I tell you hitler did nothing wrong?

The irony of it all being that this is exactly how reddit viewed voat, once upon a time; I wanna say up until shortly after FPH got banned. That's when voat really embraced the "hate" label. Before then, it was just a free for all; scary to some but not most. One thing's for certain: only the biggest retard could deny that it hasn't changed dramatically in, oh, say four years.

I got the feeling of an echo chamber forming shortly after Reddit's identitarian ban. I guess there was a bunch of stuff going on around the same time. But yeah, it's changed; more of a right wing version of an SJW cult these days than a free speech sight. You won't get banned outright for not conforming, but you'll be harassed and suppressed by down-votes.

Yeah, been noticing that. Anyone calling for a ceasefire or trying to find common ground is being ultra vilified, atm. The pitchforks are certainly out.

There's something weird going on now. I get the feeling Putt's trying to get control of his own sight and steer it in a more positive direction. I'm not sure that can be done or if there's any point. Putt's "We are not amused" response to being criticized is way out of line with a commitment to free speech. Beyond simple sight politics he has some legal issues to deal with. The worst the internet has to offer was thrown at him, maybe it was just too much to handle.

For me it's going to depend on how you deal with harassers.
