Can you clarify your positions, in contrast to Putt's, on this specific subject? It's my understanding (and I don't want to spin anything here) that many were pretty disappointed in Putt when reading that infamous edit.

Well we made downvotes public for level 6 and above, so we clearly think knowing who downvotes what is a good thing, we want to encourage people not to use the downvote button as an I disagree button or a fuck you button.
