He won't allow gay people in his church. How are you suposed to convict and change people's hearts and lifestyles if you won't allow them to hear God's word through You? We are supposed to preach to the sinners not turn them away. He also doesn't believe they can change their ways and that goes against scripture. Through Christ even a gay person can be made new.

I agree with some things from him and yes his enthusiasm for Christ is fantastic but for some issues like that one I see him applying hate instead of a Godly world view.

I haven't watched much from him, but if you could link that video about not allowing gays id like to watch it.

Going by the bible the only gays he should not allow are those claiming to be christians. Unless his church is founded on the original principles of the founding churches and that is that they separate ministry and church life. The original christians did not allow non saved people to mingle amongst their daily church brethren.

Also keep in mind, hate is important and there is no such thing as a safe "Godly world view".

Thanks, i watched halfway to the point where he explains it. I see no problem with this. He understands that there are people who will want to get help, but he hits to the core of help in sin. Man can't forgive your sin. Man cant change your attachment to sin. Only god can. Wanting to get salvation from a man is catholic heathen talk. He has taken the stance of a vanguard preacher in a spiritual war. I would look at it as a doctor choosing to tend to the wounded away from the battle field and men on the front lines fighting. You wouldnt have the doctors on the front line fighting.

If I was asked to choose how to run a church, I would probably take some of his stance. I would want to be a preacher that is feared, as that would be capitalising on some of my strengths. However the only time I would think to block someone was if they openly were vocal and brag about their sin. Free speech is dangerous and the last thing I would want is the weak members of my church to hear such things. Which is the problem of modern church systems. Which makes this littlw hypothetical excersise irrelevant. I dont like the modern church system.
