My counter arguments
Prenatal Care
- Prenatal care can’t be subsidized through the government as it would cost tax payers way too much money. Like your taxes will go up, not the big corporation. And even if theirs went up, you'd be still hurt anyhow. They would not be able to create as many jobs and it would hurt the economy.
Guaranteed Maternal Leave & Covering Preexisting Conditions
- Can’t guarantee maternal leave since employers can’t afford it. It gets very costly. The only ones that can are big corporations. Think about why your co-worker isn’t getting maternal leave paid. Luckily your boss has people to cover for her while she’s out.
Republicans have been guaranteeing that pre-existing conditions are to be covered. That is a lie from the press.
Social Safety Net for Single Mothers
- Government can’t solve all your problems. They can’t (or at least shouldn’t) make money out of thin air. If they do that, inflation happens and we end up like Venezuela currently is or Germany post-World War 1. Women need to be careful who they’re having their kids with and fathers need to take responsibility for their kids. Even Society Security has been getting to the point of not being able to pay everyone by around 2030.
New Abortion Laws say that women are to be put to death along with their doctors
- There is no law that will put any woman to death. Yes, Alabama has a 99 year sentence for ONLY DOCTORS that perform such procedures.
