I'd give similar advice to women but encourage birth control if ya don't want kids. A guy could just as easily be shady. Vasectomies are a thing. Almost always reversible. Who wants to take that risk though?
For both i would suggest waiting till marridge even more so for women though. But yes if you can't wait then use protection because people lie and even when they don't bc can fail. Even vasectomies have reverced themeslves although I'm sure this is fairly rare.
That's the ideal solution but not one that can pan out as often as it should. Glorified and sexualized media mixed w/ teenage hormones. No kid ever suffered from having too much information in these matters b/c at the end of the day, they'll do what they want. I did and thought my mindset at the time was it was completely normal. Looking back I have a different less hormonally and media influenced perspective.
