Don't juice because it gets rid of all the fiber from the fruit/veggie, leaving you with nothing but simple sugars which get processed quickly. You'll get a sugar high, then crash.
It's the fiber in the plant that allows your body to process the sugars slowly.
I eat fruit like twice a week. Rest is just vitamin supplements meat and vegetables. More or less.
I'm with you there.
Fruits are really good for you, just like veggies, just not juicing; unless you're just blending everything instead of juicing.
