Lol Jesus, it is far too often that she does not know what she's talking about.

The reason the constitution was amended then was not to prevent FDR from being re-elected. In fact, he died in 1945 and the 22nd Amendment was approved by Congress in 1947 and ratified in 1951. It was to prevent the possibilities of having a president for life.

Also, I'm all for an amendment to limit the number of terms a member of Congress can serve.
