If you are banned from any sub you get that message. I made a new account and it got the error. No deletion for anyone

@AOU figured this out a while ago i think

It's a bug where if you're banned from any sub it treats you as 'globally banned' and can't delete your account.

There was some workaround I think. Can't find the thread.
